Trash Collecting

By small and simple means are great things brought to pass, points out a scripture.  Think of the ways the World has been influenced, both for good and for bad.  Often times it's a single individual with a vision that makes the biggest difference.  Even a young Cub Scout can set a great example for his leaders and friends.
Some of the Cub Scouts went for a hike tonight as part of their hiking belt loop last week.  While they were walking around one of the boys picked up a dirty bottle.  The other boys gave him a hard time at first, pointing out that the bottle was pretty dirty.  He shrugged his shoulders and picked up another piece of trash. By the end of the hike all the boys were picking up trash, they even asked for more time so they could  collect more.  What a great example this young Scout was for his friends, and for all those who will get to enjoy a cleaner path to walk on.
